MARSHALL COUNTY CENTRAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION
Building a Foundation of Educational Excellence - one gift at a time

Welcome to the MCC Education Foundation!

How to Make an Impact with the MCC Education Foundation
and Reduce Your Taxes

This tax year there is a new deduction available!  The CARES Act allows you to contribute up to $300 per taxpayer ($600 for a married couple) in charitable contributions!  This is for people who take the standard deduction, it allows you to take an "above the line" adjustment to income that reduces your adjusted gross income, which reduces your taxable income.  To qualify, you need to give a donation to a qualified charity (which the MCC Education Foundation is).  If you have already donated since Jan 1, that contribution counts towards the $300 ($600 for married couples) cap.  Make an impact with the MCC Education Foundation, contribute towards the $20,000 in 2020 goal and pay less in taxes!

 MCC Education Foundation's vision statement:

To provide MCC students opportunity for creativity, growth and scholarship by building community partnerships.

$20,200 in 2020!

The goal is $20,200!
Contributions go to the scholarship endowment fund to ensure continuing scholarships for MCC seniors.
The current donations so far this year are $1990.00!
